Welcome! Happy you’re here.

A note from our founder…
“Our blog is a safe space for people across all neurological types and walks of life. Whether you’re a freshly diagnosed adult with no idea where to go from here, a caretaker or friend of an ASD/ADHD individual, or someone who stumbled across our site and are looking to learn more about life on the spectrum, we welcome you!
Please remember that this site is meant to encourage positive conversations surrounding neurodivergence, while building a community of supportive, accepting, and informed people. We encourage visitors to their share opinions and personal experiences with autism and ADHD; however, we ask that no one make negative or positive generalizations that aren’t rooted in concrete evidence or research. Everyone has different experiences and perspectives about autism and ADHD, so no opinion or experience can rightfully define the group as a whole.
We encourage all visitors to check out our community guidelines to learn more about acceptable and unacceptable posts prior to commenting/replying. Please keep all comments and replies respectful, factual, and supportive. To learn more about our platform’s mission and values, click here.
Thanks for following our community guidelines and helping us accomplish our mission of improving today to create a beautiful tomorrow, together.”
